Cooking Classes

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in all hands-on classes and workshops. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have finished cooking in a class or have mastered the specific technique of the workshop, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipe(s) we have prepared, and the technique(s) we have covered, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. Classes are 3 and a half to 4 hours long, they cover more than one technique and several recipes, workshops are 2 to 2 and a half hours long, covering a single technique, and a recipe or two. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included in all classes and workshops. Pricing may differ for some classes and workshops when I have a guest chef working with me in the kitchen to share their expertise on a cuisine or technique.
