This hands on class is based on a culinary week I spent in Sicily in May. Our markets are full of incredible produce at this time of year, this class will showcase some of the best local and seasonal ingredients. Traditional arancini with ragu, fresh pasta, olive oil + polenta cake and more. Dinner, a glass of wine and all recipes included.
