Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Brunch Class, with recipes that will be sure to inspire you for family gatherings, weekends away with friends or holiday brunches. Brunch is one of the best meals – and it’s the hardest meal to be satisfied with when going out – I think, anyway. In this class, we will work together to create a simple, no fuss, fresh, seasonal breakfast buffet that doesn’t leave you standing at the stove frying bacon and eggs, as well as make classic eggs benedict (no packaged hollandaise or store bought English muffins here), fresh sausages, and the best waffles, to list a few things. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table eating together, once we have finished cooking, will sit down to enjoy what we have made with a mimosa. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
