Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Flavours of the Middle East Class, where you’ll be inspired by the big, bright flavours of cumin, coriander, rose, za’atar and sumac. We will work together to make the perfect mezze including homemade pitas, flavourful salads that work great for weekday lunches or sides for dinner, as well as a lamb dish that I’ve converted people who don’t like lamb with, to name a few of the recipes. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table eating together, once we have finished cooking, will sit down to enjoy what we have made with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
