Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands on French Macaron Workshop with Ashley Gevenich from DandyLion Confections. For anyone that doesn’t know Ashley and her macarons, I believe they are the best in Edmonton. I am so excited to have Ashley in the kitchen teaching the steps and technique behind making her beautiful macarons. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have mastered the technique of the workshop, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. Ashley will answer any questions about the recipes and techniques, and I will share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too.
