Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands on introduction to flatbreads workshop various flat bread recipes including pitta and flour tortillas, and ideas for what to serve with each. I promise once you see how easy it is to make your own, you’ll never buy them from the shop again. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have mastered the technique of the workshop, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes, and working with yeast doughs, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
