While the fruit is in the markets in abundance, come and learn to make jam – where to buy your fruit, how to store your fruit, how to sterilize jars, how to fill your jars, how to make sure they are sealed and all of the steps in between. I do not use any pectin in any of my jams. Depending on what fruit is available in the market, in this hands on workshop we will make three different jams and a chutney. A light dinner, glass of wine, and all recipes included.
