Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands on class. We will get right into cooking, making fresh English muffins for — you guessed it, Eggs Benedict, which we will enjoy for brunch, with a few other recipes to inspire your Christmas morning. We will make two edible gifts (think fudge + cookies), as well as a chutney to be enjoyed with charcuterie. The main event will be working together to create Christmas dinner (technique will be showed using roast chickens, rather than roast turkey), with all the trimmings. The idea behind this class is to inspire you with new ideas, to perfect some of the classics, and help you to create a stress free Christmas Day. We will aim to sit down at 5pm to enjoy ‘Christmas’ dinner with a glass of wine and I will answer any questions about the recipes, and techniques involved in the days cooking, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack with a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
