Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Sourdough Workshop III, which is designed for anyone who has taken my Introduction to Sourdough Workshop. In this class we will explore uses for leftover starter, leftover sourdough, and other applications for sourdough sponge – pancakes or waffles, bread puddings, something savory and croissants, I will also share with you a semi sourdough pizza dough recipe that makes the best pizza ever. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have worked through the recipes, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipe(s) and we have prepared, and the technique, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack including step by step photos, and a list of where ingredients were sourced, as well as access to The Ruby Apron’s Sourdough Forum, is included.
