An old skill that’s coming back. While vegetables are in the markets in abundance come and learn a few different pickles – where to buy your veg, how to store them, how to sterilize jars, how to fill your jars, how to make sure they are sealed and all of the steps in between. Depending on what is available in the market, in this hands on workshop we will make two – three different pickles and a chutney. A light lunch, glass of wine, and all recipes included.
