Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Pizza Workshop, we will make the dough together, two sauces, and make four different pizzas. I will talk in detail about working with a yeast dough, as well as share tips and tricks for baking. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have made the pizza, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of beer from my two favourite Alberta breweries (Bench Creek Brewing in Edson + Blindman Brewing in Lacombe). I will answer any questions about the recipes that we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
