Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on pulses, grains and vegetables class. Mary people are opting to eat less meat for various reasons, but struggle to create filling, nutritious and tasty meals. This class is built to showcases pulses, grains, and vegetables and how you can use them to create substantial meals, sides, and to inspire new ideas in the kitchen. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table eating together, once we have finished cooking, will sit down to enjoy what we have made with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
