Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Roast Chicken Class, we will work through everything you need to know to make a stress-free Thanksgiving dinner, I will also show you how to joint a chicken, a technique that will help you get the most out of your organic chicken. I will be using a chicken rather than a turkey, because I will not have access to a quality fresh turkey, but the same method applies. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table eating together, once we have finished cooking, will sit down to enjoy what we have made with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too.
