Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands-on Stock, Soup, Stew and Biscuit, we will talk through the important role of stock in soups and stews, learning and making a basic beef stock, chicken stock and vegetable stock. It’s nice to fill the freezer with soups and stews that are easy to pull out for a quick and nutritious meal. We will make a few different soups and stews including, a creamy soup, and a hearty beef stew, as well as two different biscuits. I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table eating together, once we have finished cooking, will sit down to enjoy what we have made with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
