Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in my kitchen in this hands on Sweet + Savory Pastry Workshop, we will work together to make basic shortcrust pastry for both a sweet and savory tart, and rough puff to make Cornish pasties (this pastry can also can be used for the top of savory pies, or the base of a galette). I firmly believe there is nothing better than sitting around a table and eating together, after we have made the recipes, we will sit down to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. I will answer any questions about the recipes we have prepared, as well as share more of my passion for local, seasonal, sustainable and quality food, and hope to hear about what inspires you in the kitchen, too. An extensive recipe pack, including a list of where ingredients were sourced is included.
